Use the correct email and order ID
The email must match the one used for the ticket purchase. You will normally find the order ID in the confirmation from the ticket platform.
Please note:
Submitting this form confirms that we have received the application. The refund itself is handled manually under the applicable event and ticket-platform terms.
We must receive the application by 12:00 noon on the day before the event. Refunds are not available after this deadline.
